CERTIFIED TRANSLATIONS
Are you in need of a certified French-to-English translation?
VML Translations can help you with certified translations of university transcripts (grades, course descriptions, residency reports, etc.), driver’s licences, passports, birth certificates, marriage certificates, wills, and other legal documentation.
Our basic certified translation package includes the following:
- A copy, or original, of the French (source) text;
- A copy, or original, of the English (target) translation; and
- A note at the bottom of each translation page, certifying the translation and accompanied by a translator’s official stamp; OR
- A completed, signed, dated and stamped affidavit* by the certified translator (*Affidavits are provided in both English and French)

Translations are stamped & certified by a professional translator
IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind that different requesters may have specific requirements for official translations. As such, we recommend that you contact the requester of the translation and provide us with any necessary information. For instance, some organizations might have specific requirements in terms of formatting of a translated document; others may only accept original copies of the translation.
Depending on the requester’s needs, we can deliver certified translations in original format by mail or electronically by email.
